  • Government-issued photo ID required for every reservation. Signed rental agreement required. Accepting House Rules on an online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
  • House Rules: No smoking allowed. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless re-rented; if re-rented, refund minus $300 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens: Sheets and towels are provided in sealed packages on the beds.
  • Please bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • Fitness center is located across the street from the 2100 building.
  • Rec Center pool is open year-round except during holidays or for scheduled/emergency maintenance.
  • Pools are generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day; closures may occur due to HOA, Health Department, hurricane, or storm. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.
